Why Is My Ad Campaign Paused and How to Fix It
Updated this week

Are you wondering why your ad campaign is paused and how to get it back up and running? Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! Here are some common reasons why your campaign may be paused and what you can do to fix it.

1. Budget Issues: If there's a problem with your budget, your campaign might automatically pause. Check your budget settings to ensure everything is in order.

2. Ad Review Process: Your ads may be under review by Meta. This can sometimes take longer than usual. Keep an eye on the review status in your Ads Manager.

3. Policy Violations: If your ads violate Meta's advertising policies, they could be disapproved or paused. Review the ad content and make sure it complies with all rules.

4. Campaign Limits: Sometimes, campaigns hit set limits (like spending limits) and pause until they're adjusted. Review your campaign settings to adjust any limits accordingly.

5. Technical Errors: Occasionally, there can be technical glitches on Meta's platform. Check the "Insights" section in Smart Noise for alerts or messages that may require your attention.

If you find your campaign is paused, here’s how to get it reactivated:

- Head over to the Ad Campaigns section in Smart Noise.

- Click on "Insights" and navigate to “Manage Campaigns.”

- Check the status of your ad sets. If they’re paused, you can easily reactivate them by selecting the option to do so.

If your campaign, or ad sets, are active on Smart Noise but not delivering, click on 'View in Ads Manager' at the top of the Insights section to open the campaign in the Meta Ads Manager and check what is the exact issue so you can solve it.

Remember, keeping track of your campaign status regularly can help you spot any issues before they become bigger problems. And if you need any more help, don’t hesitate to reach out!
