What Happens When Fans Pre-Save?
When fans pre-save your upcoming music through Smart Noise, we automatically add them to your Fans CRM. They’re set to receive emails from you about the release only if they opted in to receive email notifications.
Email Notifications
We send out pre-save notifications to fans on release day at 9 AM EST / 6 AM PST / 3 PM CET.
Checking Fan Engagement
After your campaign is live, you can check your Fans CRM to see which fans are engaged and how many pre-saves you have.
Troubleshooting If Emails Aren't Sent
If you notice that your fans aren’t receiving emails:
Check your Fans CRM to ensure they’re listed as pre-save subscribers.
Allow some time for the sending process, especially if you have a high volume of pre-saves.
Make sure your Lifetime Pre-Save page had email notifications enabled.
