Hey there! So, you’re having a little hiccup with your Classic Pre-Save links? No worries, we’ve got your back! Here’s what you need to know to troubleshoot and solve common problems that might pop up.

Understand the Release Day Transition: Your Classic Pre-Save link should automatically change to a "Listen Now" link at 9 am EST / 6 AM PST / 3 PM CET on the release day. If it hasn’t changed, let’s check a couple of things.

  1. Check the ISRC Code: Make sure the ISRC code you entered while setting up your pre-save is correct. An incorrect ISRC might prevent the automatic update.

  2. Verify Release Date: Double-check the release date you set for the pre-save. If there was a mistake in the date, it could cause issues with the automatic transition.
