A few prerequisites first:
You must be a Facebook page admin for the Facebook page to show up on Smart Noise.
To use an Instagram account for your ad campaigns, it must be linked to a Facebook page you are an admin of, or you need to have Business Partner access.
To use an Ad Account for your ad campaigns, you must be the owner, or have Business Partner access.
To use a Pixel for your ad campaigns, you must be the owner, or have Business Partner access.
If the conditions above are true, depending on what's missing, you need to make sure you have given Smart Noise access to all current and future Businesses/Pages/Instagram accounts.
First, go to your account settings:
Then, log out from Facebook, and log in again:
Now, instead of reconnecting it, click edit previous settings and opt in for all current and future Businesses, Pages, and Instagram accounts:

Once that's done, all Businesses, Pages, Ad Accounts, Instagram accounts and Pixels you have access to will show up on Smart Noise.
