How Message Credits Work

Message credits are what allow you to send emails to your fans using the Messages feature in Smart Noise.

👉 1 credit = 1 email sent.

Monthly included credits

Every paid plan comes with a set number of message credits each month:

• Artist Pro → 50 credits

• Artist Premium → 75 credits

• Team Starter → 100 credits

• Team Pro → 120 credits

• Team Premium → 150 credits

Important details

• Credits reset each month. They do not roll over — unused credits expire when your new monthly cycle begins.

• Free plans do not include credits. You’ll need to upgrade to access Messages.

• Need more? You can always purchase extra credits at a low price from your dashboard.

This setup gives every artist the ability to message their fans while keeping room for growth — if you want to reach more fans, you can simply top up with extra credits.
