Using Fan CRM with Messages

The Fan CRM and Messages features are designed to work hand-in-hand.

  • Fan CRM is where your audience data lives — names, emails, phone numbers, location, and engagement history.

  • Messages is how you reach that audience with one-off broadcasts.

How they connect

  1. A fan enters your CRM when they pre-save your release or when you import them.

  2. You can then select those fans directly when creating a new Message.

  3. Every Message you send updates the fan’s history inside the CRM (e.g., if they opened or clicked).

Why this matters

  • You’re not just blasting emails — you’re tracking fan engagement over time.

  • Every action (pre-save, email open, link click) is stored in one place.

  • This helps you understand who your most loyal fans are and how to reach them effectively.
